Executive Chef Bob Helstrom joined Kuleto's almost two decades ago with glorious reviews. During his initial 12-year tenure, this hot destination attracted locals and out-of-towners with its lively atmosphere and innovative contemporary Italian cuisine. After eight years of managing the opening process for a variety of high-profile, fine-dining restaurants across the country, such as Jsix and Jbar in San Diego, Ponzu in San Francisco and Poste in Washington D.C., Bob Helstrom returns to Kuleto’s as Executive Chef with great enthusiasm. With thirty-five years of restaurant experience, he has refreshed the menu’s Italian roots and added refinement to the dishes.
